Fixed Price Fees
Legal services have been commonly charged on the basis of an hourly rate or a scale of costs. Whilst in some cases where it will not be possible for an agreed price to be determined, we still have hourly rates, we believe that agreeing on a price prior to work commencing provides transparency and clarity.
